It deals with all species of local North Atlantic seafood to make the finest quality seafood appetizers and hors D'oeuvres available today. Our relationship with the world famous Marine Institute in St. John's, Newfoundland ensures that your prototype is developed into a commercial product that is indistinguishable from the prototype. Dockside's plants are HACCP certified to ensure that the highest standards in product safety are met.

Our team of product designers, food technologists and production management is deep with experience. We have an average of twenty years experience in each facet of product development, production and marketing. We understand your needs of speed, portion control, cost control, product consistency, availability, and storage, because of our vast experience in these fields.

The chef's team works closely with our marketing team to develop new products that are current with today's challenging consumer trends. They regularly compete in, or judge regional and national cooking competitions. They also tend to win these competitions and they keep their eyes open for emerging trends.
